Corporate Matching Programs

(For Parents, this would count towards QBC Membership)


If you elect to engage your employer on the Corporate Matching donation program please consider the following notes. Our experience has been a three step process.

1)  Most employers will take one of two routes.  They may ask you to volunteer at a fundraising event benefitting the QB Club prior to making a corporate donation on your behalf.  Or they may ask for proof of funds you donated to  the QB Club and match your donation up to some maximum amount. There are plenty of volunteer opportunities and proof of funds donated will be transparent through our Treasurer.  We have readily available solutions for you in either case.

2)  Your employer will likely ask for a background check of the QB Club.  IRS Employer ID numbers, bank statements, and wire instructions will be released upon request.  Please contact us if your employer requires such information:

3)  Your employer may ask for a signed letter from the QB Club Treasurer attesting to your engagement as a volunteer, or as a financial donor to the QB Club.  Draft letters have been written for all of our fundraising events and are available upon request.
